Product Warranty
Many of the products sold by ENAP LLC come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty ensures that the product will perform according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Should your product experience defects or malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will coordinate with you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
Return Authorization and Policy
All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, contact ENAP LLC customer service at support@enapllc.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
Products returned without original packaging or missing parts will not be eligible for refund.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Return requests made out of buyer’s remorse are generally not accepted.
For defective products, detailed descriptions and photos of the issue must be provided to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To maintain efficient warehouse operations, returns should be requested no more than once every two weeks. More frequent returns may incur a restocking fee.
Non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All refunds will be issued minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.
If a product is damaged or lost during return shipping, a claim will be filed with the carrier. A full refund will be processed once the claim is approved.
Handling Fees
If customers use our fulfillment center in Texas as the return address, a handling fee of $5 per unit will be applied for processing the returned item. This fee is separate from shipping costs and restocking fees.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damages caused by:
Normal wear and tear
Accidents or misuse
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or service performed outside ENAP LLC or the product manufacturer
